Shipping & Delivery

We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, APO (Air/Army Post Office) boxes, FPO (Fleet Post Office) boxes, freight forwarders or a few limited geographic areas. If you have placed an order, you will find estimated shipping information on your order confirmation receipt email. We cannot make changes to the ship to address once an order has been placed. Most packages ship within 24 business hours of cleared payment.

Local Delivery is available for qualifying orders ($600 or more) within a 25 mile radius of our Orem, UT and Fairfield, OH Distribution Centers

Returns & Replacements

EcoSwift offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason the unopened item can be returned within 30 days to the address shown on the package along with a copy of the original receipt and all original packaging, accessories, and components in the same condition as they were received. Incomplete returns or returns that were the result of a buyer error will have the shipping fee deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Account information can be changed by click the "My Account" link at the top of any page when logged into the site. From "My Dashboard", click on any of the links to the left under "My Account" to begin editing and changing any of your account information. When done, click the "Save" button to finalize your changes.
